It’s time to speak up and let yourself be seen. There is dignity in vulnerability. If you don’t speak, the energy still exists. The thoughts build, the voice gets louder. It has to be released. Yours is a voice that deserves to be heard.
In the end, there is no wrong outcome; only resistance to what happens or allowance. Easier said than done, I know. Pain is easier to run from than face directly. Trust: it will be good in the end.
It’s time to unleash the secret agent within you called ‘unexpressed ideas’. Dharma has a way of finding you anyway. You do know what to do. You do know what you really want. Say it out loud and own it. Admission of desire is powerful step #1.
Wait for the feeling inside that quietly opens: ‘that’s right, go there.’ You’ll feel relief. Misalignment from what needs to happen equals doubt, judgement and criticism – three hijackers of flight.
Take your eyes off the imagined damage. It doesn’t exist and therefore it is not true. Your imagining is holding everything you want away from you.
Imagine it well, imagine it deliberately. Stand in your own beauty. Everyone else can see how amazing you are.
Expect it to be good.
It will be good.
Believe that you are worthy of all you wish for. Believe it first, then receive it.
Rise up and say ‘this is who I am, this is what I want, this is what I do’.
It will be ok. It will be good. It will be brilliant if you expect it to be.
