If you’re a new yoga teacher, and like many of us, you emerged from your teacher training and thought ‘yikes now I have to teach?’. I know exactly how you feel. I sat on the side lines for too long because I felt like I wasn’t good enough and I was terrified of getting it wrong. I thought ‘if I can’t be like that teacher, I shouldn’t be teaching’.
Well I was wrong! I wish I’d had someone to help me find the confidence and courage to get started without the pressure of having to be perfect. I’ve created mentoring sessions to support and encourage you as you embark on your teaching journey.
Our process together depends on what you most need. Here are some things we could work on:
- your confidence
- using your challenges to your advantage
- feeling strong in the seat of the teacher
- dealing with injury or the difficult student
- theming and technical knowledge
- philosophy and how to bring it into your teaching
5 x 90 minute sessions over 5 months. Your confidence, skills and knowledge = $500
